Our Story

Family-Owned Ownership, Part of a National Network

Fix Auto Puyallup is owned and operated by Murray's Collision Group, the same family that has been repairing collision damage across the Puget Sound region for more than 30 years. This location brings that ownership, and the standards that come with it, to Puyallup, WA. We repair all makes and models. As part of the Fix Auto network, we operate as an independently owned facility while holding to standardized, professionally certified repair processes that are recognized across North America. That combination is intentional: local, family ownership means the people who greet you at the front counter are the same people accountable for the repair on your vehicle, while the Fix Auto affiliation means we're backed by consistent training standards, OEM procedure access, and a limited lifetime warranty honored at Fix Auto locations nationwide.

The family behind it is Murrays Collision Group. What began as a single shop is now six locations around the Puget Sound, four Fix Auto stores and two CARSTAR stores, and Fix Auto Puyallup is one of them. Decisions about your repair are made here rather than at a distant regional office, and the same OEM-approved procedures and training requirements apply at every one of those locations.

Collision repair has changed considerably over three decades. Vehicles built today rely on high-strength steel, aluminum, and an increasing number of onboard sensors and cameras that have to be recalibrated correctly after a repair. Shops that treat repair as more than cosmetic work, and invest accordingly in equipment and ongoing training, are the ones best equipped to return a damaged vehicle to safe, pre-accident condition.
