Parts & Materials
All parts and materials are covered solely as described by the terms and conditions of the parts manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, not by Murrays Collision Group directly. We'll help direct any parts-related claim to the right manufacturer or supplier.
What Voids or Excludes Coverage
This warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by a subsequent accident
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of maintenance
- Acts of God or natural events
- Industrial fallout
- Chipping from stone, gravel, road salt, or other abrasives
- Rust or rust-adjacent deterioration
- Restoration or specialty/exotic vehicle repairs
- Towing or rental vehicle costs
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only while the vehicle remains owned by the original customer. That original ownership is what the lifetime term is measured against: if you sell or transfer the vehicle, coverage ends and does not carry over to the new owner.
Murrays Collision Group makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to correction of workmanship defects only. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
